ROT47 extends ROT13 to include numbers and symbols. It uses the ASCII printable character range (33-126), rotating by 47 positions within the 94-character set. Like ROT13, ROT47 is its own inverse - encoding and decoding use the same operation. Spaces, tabs, and newlines are left unchanged.
