What log formats are available?

Single Workout provides a detailed session log with a table for up to 12 exercises. Weekly Log gives you a section per day of the week. Monthly Log shows a calendar grid for the month where you can record daily workout notes.

Can I track both cardio and strength training?

Yes. Select fields like Duration and Distance for cardio, or Sets, Reps, and Weight for strength training. You can select any combination of fields to suit your workout style.

What are warm-up and cool-down sections?

When enabled for single workout or weekly formats, these sections provide dedicated space to note warm-up and cool-down activities. They appear as highlighted rows before and after the main exercise table.
