How many habits can I track?
You can add as many habits as you like. The tracker is printed in landscape orientation to accommodate the days-of-month columns. For best readability, we recommend tracking 5 to 15 habits per sheet.
What does the weekend highlighting do?
When enabled, Saturday and Sunday columns are shaded with a light gray background. This makes it easy to distinguish weekdays from weekends at a glance, which is helpful for habits that follow different weekday and weekend routines.
Can I use this for different months?
Yes. Select any month and year from the dropdowns. The tracker automatically adjusts the number of day columns based on the month (28, 29, 30, or 31 days). Generate a new PDF for each month to keep tracking throughout the year.
