Which meals can I include in the planner?

You can toggle Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks independently. If you only plan dinner, just check that one meal to create a focused planner. Each selected meal gets its own column in the 7-day grid.

What is the grocery list section?

When enabled, a grocery list section appears at the bottom of the planner with checkbox lines. Use it to jot down the ingredients you need for the week right alongside your meal plan, so everything is in one place.

Can I use this for meal prep planning?
